Demurrage & Detention

Routing Authority

Forwarding & Warehouse Framework
1. Services Defined: All services provided by FARMERS FRESH DEPOT INC. (the "Forwarder") are subject to these terms. This includes transport, storage, and customs brokerage.
2. Hazardous Material: Shipper must provide 48 hours notice for any cargo classified under hazardous categories. We won't risk our fleet for undisclosed chemicals.
3. Payment Terms: Invoices are due within 15 days of the proof of delivery. Late payments trigger an automatic 2.5% monthly compound interest. No exceptions.
4. Dispute Resolution: All claims must be filed within 9 months of delivery in the jurisdiction of Fresh Meadows, NY.
